Element UI
License agreement
Last updated: March 2026
By using our platform and accessing our products and content, you agree to comply with the following licensing terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform or any associated templates, components, or resources.
License Grant
Element UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Element UI templates, components, power-ups, and related content solely for creating end products (websites) for yourself or a client.
You may:
- Use our templates, components, and power-ups to build personal or commercial projects.
- Modify, customise, and combine our templates and components to create end products for yourself or clients.
- Use the templates, components, and power-ups multiple times across multiple projects (multi-use license).
Free Tier Content
Free Tier content is available to all registered users at no cost. The license grant above applies to Free Tier content for as long as you maintain a registered account in good standing.
Pro Tier Content
Pro Tier content (including Pro components, templates, power-ups, and any other content designated as Pro) requires an active paid subscription. The license grant above applies to Pro Tier content only while your Pro subscription is active and in good standing.
Upon cancellation or expiry of your Pro subscription:
- You may continue to use and maintain end products (websites) already built and deployed using Pro content prior to cancellation.
- You may not access, download, or use Pro content for new projects or modifications.
- You may not re-download Pro components, templates, or power-ups.
- Your account will revert to the Free Tier, and you will retain access to Free Tier content only.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage any Element UI template, component, power-up, or content — whether in original or modified form.
- Share, give away, or make available our templates, components, power-ups, or any part of our content to third parties, whether for free or for sale.
- Claim our templates, components, power-ups, or any of our original content as your own.
- Use screenshots, copy, or design elements from our website to promote or represent another product, service, or brand.
- Share your account login or allow others to access Element UI using your credentials. Each license is valid for one user only.
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, download, or extract content from the Service.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access controls, including mechanisms that restrict access to Pro content.
Whether distributed for free or commercially, unauthorised copying, sharing, or republishing of Element UI content is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate license termination and legal action.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Element UI templates, components, power-ups, text, designs, and related content are the intellectual property of Element UI and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.
Element UI retains full ownership and copyright of all materials. This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights — only the right to use the content under the conditions outlined in this agreement.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of Element UI content will result in legal action, including claims for damages.
Modifications and Derivative Works
You may modify and build upon our templates, components, and power-ups to create end products. However, the resulting work may only be delivered to a single client or personal project — not repackaged, resold, or marketed as a standalone product or competing template/component library.
Subscription and Access
Pro Subscription
Access to Pro content requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Full details regarding billing, cancellation, and refunds are set out in the Element UI Terms and Conditions, which form part of this agreement.
Account Access
Your license is personal to you and tied to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing access or credentials with others constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Changes to Content and Tiers
The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or reassign content between the Free and Pro Tiers at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Termination of License
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any part of this agreement. Element UI reserves the right to:
- Terminate your account and revoke access without notice.
- Deny future service.
- Pursue legal action to recover damages.
No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses due to misuse.
Upon termination for breach, you must immediately cease all use of Element UI content, including in any projects currently under development. End products already delivered to clients prior to termination may remain in place, but no further use of Element UI content is permitted.
Disclaimer
All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Element UI does not guarantee that any template, component, or power-up will be compatible with your specific setup, plugins, or hosting environment. You are responsible for testing and validating any content before deployment.
