Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Account creation
To access certain features of Our Service, You may be required to create an account. When You create an account, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Free and Pro tiers
The Service offers two tiers of access:
Free Tier: Provides access to a selection of components at no cost. The Free Tier is available to all registered users.
Pro Tier: Provides access to additional components, three V3 website templates (Eradica, ZenPay and Insura), power-ups, and features. The Pro Tier requires a paid Subscription.
The Company reserves the right to modify which features and content are included in each tier at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to tier content.
Premium Website Templates are not a tier. They are sold separately through a Template Purchase and are not included in the Free Tier or in a Pro Subscription. The Pro Tier includes three V3 website templates (Eradica, ZenPay and Insura); every other website template is a Premium Website Template.
License
By accessing or using any content provided through the Service, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Element UI templates, components, power-ups, and related content solely for creating end products (websites) for yourself or a client. You may use our content across multiple projects, modify and customize it to create end products, and use it for both personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any Element UI content, share it with third parties, claim it as your own, or use it to create a competing product or template library.
The full terms of this license, including detailed permitted and prohibited uses, intellectual property rights, and what happens to your content upon cancellation or termination, are set out in our License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. Please read the License Agreement carefully at https://elementuikit.com/license/
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription Terms
By subscribing to the Pro Tier, You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless You cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize Us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period.
Pricing Changes
The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of Your Subscription, we will notify You at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. If You do not agree to the new price, You may cancel Your Subscription before the new price applies.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing Your payment information, You agree to Stripe’s terms of service. The Company does not store Your full payment card details on its own servers.
Website template purchases
Premium Website Templates are sold one at a time for a one-time payment, at the price shown when You buy. A Template Purchase is not a Subscription: nothing renews and You are not charged again. You must be signed in to Your account to buy a template, and the purchase stays linked to that account.
What You get
- The template’s Elementor kit (the website shown in its live demo, with its design system) and its guides, to download from Your account.
- Any updates We release to that template’s kit, at no extra cost. Your account always has the latest version.
- A license to use the template to build end products (websites) for Yourself or for clients, as set out in our License Agreement. This license does not depend on a Subscription.
Final sale
Template Purchases are final and non-refundable. The full kit is available to download as soon as Your payment succeeds, so please check the live demo before You buy. When You buy, You ask Us to make the template available straight away and You acknowledge that You lose Your right to cancel once it is available to download.
This does not affect Your statutory rights. If a template is faulty or not as described, contact Us at hello@elementuikit.com and We will fix it or, if We cannot, refund You.
If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example through a chargeback), the license ends and the template is removed from Your account.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel Your Pro Subscription at any time through Your account page or by contacting Us. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access will continue until the end of Your current billing period.
- At the end of the billing period, Your account will revert to the Free Tier.
- You will retain access to any end products (websites) You have already built using Pro components, but You will no longer be able to access, download, or use Pro content for new projects.
Refunds
This section covers Subscriptions. Template Purchases are covered under “Website template purchases” above.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if You experience a technical issue that prevents You from accessing the Pro Tier and We are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at Our discretion.
If You believe You are entitled to a refund, please contact Us at hello@elementuikit.com.
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under Our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using the Service. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
If Your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining Subscription period or for any Template Purchase.

The Service uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain Your session, authenticate Your account, process payments, and improve the Service. These technologies are provided by Us and by third-party services including Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Bento (email marketing).
By using the Service, You consent to the use of essential cookies required for the Service to function. For non-essential cookies (such as marketing and analytics), We will seek Your explicit consent where required by applicable law.
You may manage Your cookie preferences through Your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
Email communications
By creating an account, You agree to receive transactional emails related to Your account, including registration confirmation, subscription and purchase receipts, billing notifications, and service updates.
We may also send You marketing communications about new features, content, and offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting Us. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional communications.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states or jurisdictions, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company’s providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users: If You are a European Union consumer, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects Your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Under EU law, You have the right to withdraw from a digital content subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided that You have not yet accessed or downloaded any Pro content. By accessing Pro content during the withdrawal period, You acknowledge and agree that You waive Your right of withdrawal.
By completing a Template Purchase, You ask for the template to be made available straight away and acknowledge that You lose Your right of withdrawal once it is available to download.
Severability and waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
